PC game Traveling from planet to planet Disarming Bombs

Question

This PC game came either in a package or was downloaded via shockwave player I think [It was in a library of games]

Your character would travel from planet to planet having to disarm some sort of bomb with clues you receive from different planets. I think you had to enter in a specific key command or match symbols to disarm the bomb before the time was up. You could select which planet to travel to and then a cut-scene would take you there. Once you land, you can either explore the planet by traveling left or right on the screen. You can leave the planet at anytime by returning to your ship.

Graphical view: 2D, cartoonish coloring. All the main planets were included (mars, earth, saturn, etc.), but I don't remember if the game included any planets beyond that.

I also remember a distinct voice from the main character, which says "Yaaaaaaayy" when you disarm the bomb. [hard to explain, I know, but maybe this will help you].

I think this game was released between 1995-2000. Any Ideas?

Here's a video walkthrough for Venus, the "Yaaaay" appears around 3:23.
