Which hand does Link have the triforce on?

Question

I was wondering which hand Link is supposed to have the triforce glow from. I can't find any standard, and the image I have found have it on both hands, which I expect is a product of the people posting the images flipping the image.

Any insights?

Answer

Link carries the Triforce on his left hand, while Zelda and Gannondorf carry it on their right.

Link also carries his sword in his left hand, so we know he's left handed. Zelda and Gannondorf both appear to be right-handed.

How well were the games in LoZ: Collector's Edition emulated?

The Gamecube game, Legend of Zelda: Collector's Edition included four games (The Legend of Zelda, Zelda II: The Adventure of Link, Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask) that weren't ported but are emulated on the disc.

Are there are any known problems with this emulation? Are the games slow or glitchy in any way as a result?

The NES titles run just fine. There are no worries there.

The N64 titles run mostly fine. Sometimes they slow down and "lag" a bit. Get a bit choppy, but run surprisingly well for being emulated on the console that is next gen to it.

Played all the way through Ocarina of Time with no problems. Played all the way through Majora's Mask with only 1 freeze. Both were choppy in parts, but overall very playable experience for me.

Are there humans in Zelda?

At the beginning of this trailer, there's reference to humans. Which leads me to wonder, were there ever humans in the other Zelda games? For example, would Hylians be considered humans?

According to Zeldapedia,

Humans are a race of people that include Hylians, Gerudo, round-eared non-Hylian humans, and possibly other groups. Hylians and Gerudo have been referred to both as human and by their more specific race. The round-eared, non-Hylian humans however, are simply called humans. They live in Hyrule during the time of A Link to the Past, The Wind Waker, and Twilight Princess. These Non-Hylian humans are only distinguishable from Hylians by their short, rounded ears, as opposed to the long pointed ears of the Hylians. The types of humans are capable of reproduction with one another; Gerudo females and Hylian males produce Gerudo offspring, and one character who's parents are a Hylian and non-Hylian human has a round-eared appearance.

BS stands for Broadcast Satellite (not "Broadcast Satellaview", which is a common mistake). The Satellaview was an interesting piece of kit - a satellite modem for the Super Famicom, released only in Japan.

BS Zelda no Densetsu (BS ゼルダの伝説) was a rewritten version of the original Legend of Zelda, downloadable from the satellite in four installments. Installments were broadcast at a specific time, because the game featured a live voice narration that at intervals offered gameplay clues over streaming audio! It also had a real-time clock that triggered specific events.

The game has the same basic mechanics as the original, but features entirely different dungeons. There are some minor changes to the layout of the Overworld and the Rupee limit, and Link is replaced by a choice of male or female Satellaview mascots (a boy with green hair and a backward baseball cap, a girl with red hair).
