I am reading a lot, and searching even more, about Diablo 3.
Where could I find a Diablo3 database? Like WowHead is for WoW, where you can find quests, items, achievements, etc?

The Diablo 3 Database is fairly similar to the example you mentioned. It has a database with items, skills, bestiary (coming feature) and tools for character planning.
Most likely this site will stay up to date, as item changes, and new content becomes available.
