Which item do I use as off-hand with Demon hunter while using a bow?

When a Demon Hunter is using a Crossbow He can use a shield in his off-hand at the same time. But when He equips a Bow the shield is removed, and the spot for off-hand item show a quiver for arrows.

What item can I use in my off-hand?

You can use quivers, which are Demon Hunter specific items.

Unlike Diablo 2, ammo is not needed for you to be able to use your bow. Instead, the quivers are now a way to provide additional magical bonuses to your character. Most quivers come with a boost to damage and some other properties like you would expect to find on any magic item.
