What is the world record for the longest nonstop gameplay time/gaming session? What game holds this record?

Answer

The Guiness world record for longest gameplay session is 50 hours, according to GamePro. This was attained by some Dutch gamers on Red Dead Redemption just a few days ago.

I'm sure there's probably longer gameplay sessions out there that just aren't on the books. I'm thinking of WoW addicts or gold farmers/their equivalent in other games.
