Old LEGO online Flash game involving some kind of network

I'm trying to remember the name of an old Flash game I used to play on the LEGO website. It was laid out on a grid, and you could place and move some kind of "programs." I also seem to remember that there was "spy" somewhere in the name.

I believe you are referring to Spybot: The Nightfall Incident.

The game is still available on some sites like JayIsGames (where I got the screenshot from).
