Question
I keep seeing things that talk about Achievements, such as the Achievements tab in my player profile, and when I change my avatar it says I get more from achievements.
Do I need to be level 30 or do something special to unlock achievements? Is my game glitched or something?

According to the League of Legends Wiki:
Achievements are a future content item of League of Legends, however there has not been any mention to them for quite some time. The "Achievements" tab can be seen in a player's profile in-game, though it cannot presently be selected.
