Interactive game for 4-5 years old - “try click on all and see what happens” - do you know this title?

In the early 90's, in the beginning of CD-ROM game releases, I have played in "interactive scene" game. There were some plot, but most fun was clicking on everything and see what happened. For example - beach scene: you could click sun (clouds arrived and vanished), ship (transformed into submarine), umbrella (started in the sky like a fireworks) and so on.

I have no idea what was the name of this game, but I'd like to find one for my son. Do you know this or similar game?

It seems like there was a series of games based on the concept of interactive books back in the day. My siblings loved them when they were younger. Based on your description, it sounds like you are thinking of "Just Grandma and Me" by Broderbund.
