How can I unlock the whole map on the PC version?

I would like to play the entire map without playing through the game, I only play for sentimental reasons (for the good old days). I would like to play the whole map, and there is no "cheat code" for this.

I won't play multiplayer or do any other thing with this. I only play single player once in a while.

So is there a cheat engine that lets me use the entire map? or a game I could download and load?

I'm using steam to run GTA!

Sorry, but there is no Cheat to unlock the whole map. You can only try to explore the map with a plane (maybe use "Lock Wanted Level"-Cheat on to make the Cops not chase you) or use a savegame from someone who unlocked every area. I guess the Savegame-Method would be the easiest one. Shouldn't be that hard to find a nice savegame on the internet i guess.

Otherwise you could just create a savegame like you want it to be with a savegame-editor. You can find one here (haven't tested it myself): http://www.thegtaplace.com/downloads/f3456-gta-san-andreas-save-game-editor
