Anyone here know the name of this Adventure/Puzzle (PlayStation?) game from the mid-late 90s?

The last time I played the game was more than 10 years ago so I am not able to remember most of the details.

Here're some things I remember about the game:

1-It starts in a classroom where a female adult and a teen girl(the main character)are.The girl will be locked in a room by the adult after talking to her(This part is inevitable).The first mission the game requires the player to finish is to help the girl get out by moving some objects in the room.

2-The girl has shoulder-length black hair and is slim and short.

3-The girl needs to constantly talk to random characters to get information and sometimes obtain tools like a key in order for the game to progress.

4-There's a male character who will lock the girl in the same room she's locked in at the beginning of the game if the player chooses to have the girl walk across a bridge to talk to him.

5-It may contain a part where the girl goes somewhere by boat.(I am not sure because I only saw a picture of the girl sitting on a boat on the back of the video disk's package )

Any help would be appreciated :)
