Question
I played a game, only a couple of years ago. I seem to remember being able to build with blocks (like legos) but also being able to fly in planes.
People could make their own levels that could do almost anything they wanted. The only level I remember is like some kind of paintball tournament thing.
Does anybody know what this is?

I believe you are referring to Roblox. In this game you can build your own 'sandbox' games as well as play other's creations. There are various games that include planes as well as others.
