Resetting Perk points?

Question

Is there a way to reset perk points, say if you accidentally set one or when you reach level 50 and you want to clear your points in smithing to put them in alchemy?

Answers for all platforms would be appreciated.

There is no legitimate, non-console way to reset your perks: as David B mentioned, that would break the game balance.

There is no way to reset your perks Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, but you can redo your perks in the PC version of the game by using the console commands:

removeperk <perk ID>
addperk <perk ID>

Where <perk ID> is replaced with the code for the perk you want to change. The UESP Wiki contains a list of these codes.

Careful with these: they will brand you a cheater and prevent you from gaining any achievements.
