Question
I just finished talking to the P-something dragon on the Throat of the World and he sent me to find out the location of the Elder Scroll. So I went to the University and tried talking to the orc in the library. But the only thing he says is "Do you think Ancano knew all along what the Eye was capable of?" - when I press E, no dialog shows up, he just repeats this line over and over.
I have the University's Staff of Magnus quest active, but I can't manage to finish it, I'm level 11 mage and the skeletal dragon instagibs me. So I got on the main storyline, but now this...
No, he doesn't get up and unlock or give me any books, he just sits there on the little chair doing nothing :/

Did he ever stand up at some point and do something? When I talked to him, he eventually agreed to help me and went off for a second. When he came back he put some books on the counter - you need to read those books.
