Question
Probably anything you drop might disappear when you die, but I want to confirm.
Answer
Anti-Tank mines, EOD bots, T-UGS, MAV's and Radio Beacons (provided you don't spawn on it) will not disappear upon death.
Claymore mines and C4's will disappear upon death.
(Not sure about mortars or SOFLAM yet, will edit when I have more info)
