Game with a guy like mega man inside of a computer

I remember long ago, a game with a little man that you would have to walk through what seemed like the inside of a computer. There were computer chips and the enemies were hardware themed (those black things with the prongs). I played it when I was about 4 or 5, so it was probably about 10 years ago (or more). It wasn't a very big game (not like a large FPS, more like a cool single file download like skiFree). I played it at around the same time I played 'SkiFree' if that gives you a decent time frame.
