Minecraft: What blocks can the Enderman pick up and what blocks can't they pick up?

I have seen the Enderman pick up grass blocks but I want to know what blocks they can pick up and what block they can't pick up.

Answer

Endermen can carry any blocks as long as they were not placed by the player. With that said, there might be a few more blocks they won't pick up, like the blocks from an NPC village etc, but there's no limit on what type of block they can pick up, just a limit on what specific blocks they can pick up.
