Is there any site where someone can store game saves?

I don't want a cloud or synchronization system. I'm looking for a site that simply stores save games, associates them with different users, and then allows one to share these saves with other people. For instance, one could find all the saves for a certain game and they would be organized by level, with description of what items were in possession, if cheats were used, etc.

Is there such a thing?

The closest thing I could find to what was described was Wiisave.com, however I also found save upload sections on File Planet.

While I also did find a few forum posts about individual games, and one about a whole series of systems, I honestly don't think anything that can store saves for every game, on every system, and index them properly exists.

I also am unsure if something like that would ever exist, due to the majority of saves on the previously mentioned sites having descriptions along the lines of "100% all weapons all magic etc. etc.". It would be an interesting experiment to attempt to create a working one, though.
