Question
Ok, this game I am having a hard time tracking down. I used to have an Apple IIgs back in the day, and ever since my parents made me trash the machine and all its games I've been feeling nostalgic about revisiting some of my old gaming haunts.
Anyways
This game was basically an over-the shoulder view of a guy in a tube. It was an ocean world, and you had to go around collecting a cup, a sword, and a crown. You would navigate to little islands that were protected by some sort of enemies (memory beginning to get fuzzy here).
That is about all I remember...I believe it was a fairly simple game but I remember it as being highly addictive and fun.
I know there were a lot of ports between Commodore and Apple at the time, so there's a decent chance this game was on both. I'm not sure on this point, just an educated guess.
edit
ok, so by guy in a tube, i mean there is a guy sitting in an inner tube that you can control by some means of propulsion...could have been jets or rockets or something...and you had the ability to shoot from the tube as well in order to combat the enemies that would circle each island you come across
edit2
the only other things that i can really remember is that it kinda reminded me of mode7 graphics from the snes (it definitely was played on the apple though)
there were usually 3 enemies surrounding an island that you would have to fight...one enemy type sucked you in with magnets...i believe another enemy type repelled you in a similar manner
Answer
