Question
Okay, this should be an easy one:
One of my favorite games for Playstation (the original) was a game where you had a few (three?) pill-shaped men, who ran around gathering blocks from the terrain. These blocks could be brought back to your base, and, depending how many you had and what shape you put them in, used to build different weapons. For instance, a single block would build a gun; two blocks next to each other built a bazooka; four blocks in a 2x2x1 square built a tank; and 8 blocks in a 2x2x2 cube built a flying spaceship. You would then use these weapons to attack (or defend against) the opposing team's base.
I think the goal was to destroy the opposing-team's base.
You could choose different teams which, like Worms, didn't have much effect on gameplay except for how your units looked and sound. I remember my favorite team, the Italians, were very rude: for instance, when you killed someone, they'd say "Shut up-a you face!"
Does anyone remember the name of this awesome game?
Answer
