In which game do I get to trap dots?

Question

A game I played on a web browser in 2001. It consisted of four colors, green red black and white (background).

You had to: - Trap the moving dots in the red square by clicking in empty regions of the 2d world. The dots would bounce off the green squares. - If you clicked on the background and some dots were in the area you clicked, they would become trapped in the square and begin to wiggle - There is a game called "Dots" which involves creating squares by clicking on dots. That's not the game I'm talking about
