What was this old arcade game called, where you eat dots?

Question

You're a small circle (well, with a small angle cut out from it), and you wonder around in a maze eating dots. There are monsters or "ghosts" chasing you, all coming from the center of the map.

There are some goodies you can eat, that give you "super powers", and enable you to eat the monsters instead.

The map has teleporters - if you go out from the left side, you come back on the right side, and vice versa.

What is this game called?
