Help remembering a game where players throw things to each other

I played a PlayStation game sometime in year 2000 and I want to play it again. But I can't remember the name of the game.

It's a game where you select a character and then you throw things like big rocks to the other players. There are also items which you can get in the game which changes the effectiveness of the things that you throw at your enemies.

I can remember the name of one of the characters, its called Apache.

I think you could be thinking of the game Poitter's Point (AKA Poy Poy). It was basically a multiplayer game where you hurled rocks at each other. I believe there were tournaments where you could win gold coins and you could gain gold hearts from the opposing players.
